1. How does booking work?
Upon reservation, a deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the rent will be required. The deposit can be paid in Canadian dollars, by direct payment, cheque or by bank transfer. The balance of the rent is payable 30 days before the date of arrival.
2. What if I want to canclel?
In the event of a cancellation made by the customer, 50 % of the total amount of the rent will be retained. If a cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the rent will be due. We do not grant any credit for late arrivals or early departures.
3. How do I pay?
Depending upon the time between the reservation and taking possession of the property, we accept payments in cash, by direct payment, cheque or bank transfer.
4. When do I pay?
Yearly Rentals: The first month of rent is payable at the least 30 days before taking possession of the property.
Seasonal Rentals: The total amount of the rent is payable at the least 30 days before taking possession of the property.
5. Do you need a security deposit?
A security deposit is usually required when the keys are handed over. The deposit may vary according to the value of the property in order to insure that it is left in good order at the time of departure.
6. What about hours of arrival and departure?
Arrival: Between 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Departure: noon
